I'm dreading tomorrow aswell. I've been so good with the exercise etc this week but cos I've not been feeling to great I've not really been eating very much and paying too much attention to the calories So will need to wait and see what happens.

I hope you gals feel better today, Wendi's AF is lurking around the corner and could visit at anytime, we're not looking forward to seeing her I can tell you, she's been kept away for some months now, but the medication is gone now and nearly out of the system....
@da... don't give up... the weight WILL come off, just keep at it... a little trick Ilearnt last year... have a pint of water just before dinner.... makes you feel very full .
I've not been to the gym this last week as I had a cold early on and then an op, and probably won't go this week until the end of it, so I've got to be extra good with the food intake, minimal carbs for me until I get back on the treadmill!!
Well, despite having an operation last week in a rather awkward place, I've still managed to drop 2lbs, so I'm well chuffed! _________________ Kindest regards

Send my best wishes & hugs to Wendi for the impending af Big (((hugs)))
Well i have STS so not too bad, i was absolutely dreading getting on the scales this morning. But im still annoyed with myself for having a cpl of bad days so really i've wasted a week
I've given myself a good talking to & i'm now back on track lol _________________

I lost another 1lbs this week Wish it was more but happy that I've lost something.
Siendi - You are doing so well hunny and sometimes our bodies just needs to rest. I'm sure you'll have a big loss next week to make up for it.
Paul - Hope that you are taking it easy after your op and well done with the weight loss. You are doing great. Sending my love to Wendi aswell and hope that the witch isn't too mean to her.
Debbie - Don't give up hunny. For all you know you may have lost a half pound and your scales don't pick it up. And like I said to Siendi, you'll have a big week next week.

Thanks all for your kind thoughts, I've passed them on to Wendi too.
C'mon gals, we are doing great... inches or pounds are still a loss... soemtimes we lose less if we exercise hard. Try to see any positive as a result. If I lose an inch one month and a few pounds the next but keep the same waist size... I don't have to buy clothes again... there has to be a positive.
I started last year at 40" waist... I wear 34" now... looking for that to be a loose 34" maybe 32" by easter.... we can do this if we focus and not let slight negatives overtake the massive positives. _________________ Kindest regards

Staying the same is not a negative thing, it shows that you have managed to maintain you weight, well done.
I have managed to shift another pound, although no exercise for 2 weeks has made me feel a bit lethargic.
Off to the gym today and I bet I'll feel it somewhat, so I intend to do my 'light' program, it's just cardio exercises for 45 mins.
Good luck to all today for the weigh in. _________________ Kindest regards
