Myself and few other ladies from the board attended the day yesterday

I attended the nutrition session which was very informative I have a copy of the slides that I could email to people once I can get them scanned in a few days

I also attended with Dealing with Work session this gave people a chance to share their experiences and the ladies from Endo mentioned that sometimes the DDA act can come into force for ladies with endo but it is variable. No slides from this session.

Then I went to Fertility Caroline Overton was great gave a demonstration of exactly where all your bits & pieces are and how your body works to make a baby learned a few new things. Also went through stats if you have mild endo your chances of conceiving are slightly less than normal person but with severe you are more likely to need assistance particularly if you have lots of adhesions. She went though all the choices. She strongly recommended in most cases to get the endo removed before trying particularly if you have any cysts.

I asked about my own situation and she gave the response that I wanted.

It was a great opportunity to meet others and the charity mentioned they are desperate for funds they have made a loss for the last two years. I am going to arrange a dress down day at work to help in March and wondered if anyone else wants to do the same. Also they really keen to recruit new members I know money is tight for people at the minute but every little helps plus you get the regular newsletters which I find useful.
