After 3 years trying for children and then gradually accepting it may not happen I have just become pregnant much to my amazement and delight ....and my husband's too! I had been through two rounds of IUI and could not contemplate any more.

After some research on alternative therapies and healthy living I started to cut out the wheat, caffeine and dairy and quickly lost half a stone. I also started a course of acupuncture which instantly affected my periods making them lighter (less clotting too) and more regular.

So a message to you all don't give up and don't take the doctors verdict as the only one!
