Hoping to tap your brains sorry

Have been shortlisted for an interview for a job i have wanted for a while, however the interview process includes a medical, do i mention my endo and PCOS or do i not and hope it doesn't cause too much of a problem?

yes do mention it - and then if you do get the job and are off sick because of these conditions then they already know about it...

i applied for local job in 2001 as couldnt cope with travelling into london everyday and having to stand due to endo pain - when i was at the interview i told them about endo and that i sometimes can have upto 50 days off sick and that employer i was already with knew all about it and paid me when off.
i also had to fill out medical questinaire and the company nurse phoned me - i did get the job and didnt get penalised for being off sick as they were fore warned...

I agree with Shrimp. I told my employers at the interview stage and have all my time off paid even though I have had more than the company standard of 20 days paid sick leave.

Thanks guys, thought it probably would be best to mention it but wanted to see what everyone elses experiences were first! Got till the 1st October to worry about the interview now!!
