my partner really struggling

hi every one i am 19 and going thorught the menopause and i a a rite mess im crying in a lot of pain and moody we have been together 2 years and my probs started about a year ago and he is really strugling at the moment seeing me go throught al this i dont no wot to do can any one help me try and help my partner
